Ghilden Urbina was born in Olongapo City, Philippines but moved to Sarasota, Florida after turning 8 years old. Ghilden began dancing Ballet at the age of 11 and with his Ballet foundation, he was able to expand his dancing to other styles. Aside from training in Ballet, he has also trained in Jazz for 7 years, Hip Hop, Pointe, and Contemporary for 6 years, and Tap and Ballroom for 2 years. Ghilden attended Manatee School for the Arts for middle and high school and after graduating, he became a substitute teacher for the public charter school. Ghilden is so excited to share his love of dance to passionate dancers and he hopes to continue spreading positivity within the dance community.
